FAQ

Everything else you're wondering.

Have a question?

Common questions about the books, shipping, and what you're actually buying.

Are these actually from Steve's archive?
icon
icon

Yes. Steve shot these photos. He was there. If you need more than that, these probably aren't for you.

What's the difference between Volume 1 and Volume 2?
icon
icon

Volume 1: 1997-2003. Early Bristol days. Local pieces. Museum stunts. Those mental painted cows. 220 pages. Volume 2: 2003-2008. Work goes global. Bigger walls. More chaos. The documentation from when street art stopped being local. 240 pages. Both: Steve's photos shot on film. Same quality throughout.

What's the difference between first, second, and third editions?
icon
icon

Different print runs. Same content, different production batches. We're not playing the "first edition is more valuable" game. That's collector bollocks. Buy whichever one is in stock.

How many photos are in each book?
icon
icon

Volume 1: Around 180 photos across 220 pages Volume 2: Around 200 photos across 240 pages Steve shot 10,000 photos total. These books show the documentation that matters - the pieces, the process, what actually happened.

Can I get Volume 3 or other volumes?
icon
icon

There are two volumes. That's it. They cover 1997-2008, which is when Steve had camera access. The partnership ended in 2008. No Volume 3 is coming.

How much do the books cost?
icon
icon

For retainer work, we'll refine until you're happy. For projects, we include two formal revision rounds in our quote, with additional rounds available at an hourly rate. We've found this keeps projects focused and on schedule.
